Our legendary Green Sauce is a creamy, salty and tangy sauce made with fresh herbs + jalapenos. We’re not kidding when we say it goes with literally EVERYTHING…think meat, fish, eggs, salads and chips. Some people even have it on desserts, and others just have it on a spoon!
In the years since, our Green Sauce has become kind of a big deal…and we ae SO grateful for all the love! Green Sauce is now joined by an equally creamy vegan version, as well as a fiery Mean Sauce that is a BBQ-season essential.

In our Deli Department, you’ll find an incredible selection from Europe – think British Stilton, Italian Gorgonzola and Spanish Manchego – alongside locally-made favourites from the likes of Little Qualicium Cheeseworks, Salt Spring Island Cheese, Cowichan Station Creamery and Natural Pastures Cheese Company. We’ve got plenty of your everyday classics too, including cheddars, mozzarella, feta, cream cheese and more.

For those nights where you want an easy, satisfying dinner on the table in less than 5 minutes, look no further than our island-raised, free-run Peruvian Style Rotisserie Chicken. It’s seasoned to perfection with our house-made marinade of paprika, cumin + oregano, so all you need to do is pair it with some sides and our iconic Green Sauce and you’re all set.
