Raise your hand you’re a member of the Jackfruit fan club 🙋 This giant tropical fruit might just be one of our favourites - its size (and spikey exterior!) can make it seem a little intimidating at first, but we think it deserves a spot on your grocery list this weekend 🤩

Unripe and cooked, it makes a delicious meat substitute thanks to its neutral flavour and surprisingly meat-like texture. Try it in tacos, on top a pizza or with a tasty BBQ sauce! When ripe, it takes on a whole new personality and is deliciously sweet, making it perfect for dessert 😋
