Golda's pesto demo today

Named after Canada’s beautiful West Coast, this cow milk cheese is aged for at least six months. Pacific Rock Cheese is buttery rich and nutty in flavour. The rind gives it an earthy caramel flavour that will melt in your mouth. Best paired with fresh fruit, in salads, pastas and soups.

Pecorino Romano Cheese sampling is this Sunday, March 23rd at 1:00pm. Pecorino Romano Cheese is produced exclusively from the milk of sheep raised on pastures of Lazio and Sardinia, Italy. It is a cheese with a lengthy aging time from 8 to 12 months, resulting in a dry and granular texture and a strong taste. It is a sharper alternative to Parmesan cheeses- Romano’s hard texture & salty flavour makes it an excellent grating cheese over pasta dishes, breads and baking casseroles. It is best paired with a glass of bold Italian red wine or a light beer.
